AVATAR AIRLINES TO RELEASE A PRIVATE STOCK OFFERING OF $300,000,000 IN A PRE-IPO INVESTOR PRESENTATION JULY 9th IN LAS VEGAS

LAS VEGAS, June 14, 2016 – Avatar Airlines (www.avatarairlines.com), one of the largest start-up airlines in U.S. history, will release a private stock offering to qualified investors at a presentation in Las Vegas, providing an opportunity to invest in the company before it goes public.

Avatar’s first investor presentation will be held in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. for FINRA broker/dealers, followed by three additional presentations at 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. for accredited and institutional investors.
