Robert “Rob” Watkins has over 17 years experience working with the Federal Government in various roles with increasing levels of responsibility. In his most recent position he served as the Deputy Associate Administrator in the Office of Business Development where he managed and resolved many complex issues in support of the growth of Small Businesses.
Rob started his federal service in the Office of Travel and Transportation analytically supporting the City Pair Procurement for Air Passenger Travel Services and the Domestic Delivery Strategic Sourcing procurement.
Before joining the civil service Rob worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies in various Business Development, Marketing, and Brand Management roles.
Rob has an Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College and a Masters of Business Administration from Howard University.
In his spare time he enjoys working out, motorcycling and reading.
