I’d like to introduce you to Avatar Airlines, a national airline in the startup phase with a management team consisting of approximately 30 executives and based in S. Florida. Once certified Avatar will create thousands of jobs and obtain revenues of $1B plus the first full year. 

Avatar has put together a $300mm Reg D, 506c offering for the outright purchase of 14 aircraft and looking for help to market and is also looking for a short term convertible loan of $7.5mm to cover additional startup costs and purchase its first aircraft. 

The company has preliminary plans for build a 66,000’ headquarter/training center and an attached 300 room hotel. To do this, Avatar has  presented an LOI which would provide it with an outright gift of twenty acres . Avatar wild then become a joint venture partner and anchor for a master planned community on 18,000+ acres and include over 19,000 residential homesites and a retail/office park all within a master planned (already pre-approved)

Avatar’s financial plans call for a secondary private offering of $500mm (for additional aircraft) followed by IPO within 3-5 years.
