Avatar Airlines is an Ultra Low Fare passenger and cargo airline that is not yet flying, but deep within the startup phase seeking a non-traditional Chief Executive to replace its current CEO/Founder who at 82 will retire to Chairman. Since its overall plan is unique among airlines, management believes “No” prior airline experience is necessary, however our successful candidate must have extensive management experience along with an entrepreneurial spirit to fulfill this position.

***PLEASE NOTE – Avatar’s Chief Executive Officer’s position requires an investment of $250,000. These funds will help assure its new Executive has experience, a prior track record of success and he/she fully believes in Avatar and is dedicated to seeing it get off the ground.

These funds will be used in conjunction with those investment funds of other executives to market its SEC Reg: D.506c, See: $300,000,000 Offering.

**Any compensation package agreed upon will be based on the ability to raise the necessary funds.
