Avatar Airlines, poised to redefine the airline industry, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to work together with our new Chief Executive and previous CEO and Founder who at 82 will retire to the Chairman position. As Avatar’s Chief Financial Officer you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the future of aviation by leading a team of dedicated financial professionals and be responsible for all financial matters of a Company with expected billion dollar revenues and plans public (IPO) within 3-5 years.

Avatar’s successful candidate will have a minimum of twenty years of financial/management experience with the ability and vision to help build Avatar into a multi-billion dollar public company. Twenty years of work have gone into Avatar’s making and much has been accomplished, now it all rests with Avatar’s ability to raise the necessary funds to get off the ground.
Base salary of $375,000 plus a performance bonus contingent on meeting key performance indicators such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion. Position also includes sign on equity position plus options, benefits and perks. ***The compensation package is based on Avatar’s ability to raise the funds necessary to get off the ground and will be deferred until such time.
***PLEASE NOTE – This position requires a $100,000 investment in Avatar to assure its new CFO will be fully engaged and dedicated to seeing Avatar get off the ground. The funds will be used to market Avatar $300,000,000 offering and will be controlled by the new CFO.
***The compensation package is based on Avatar’s ability to raise funds and will be deferred until such time.
