Early Investor Incentives As an incentive to the first 25 investors or first $25 million investments received by Company (whichever comes first), Company will issue one call warrant (“Early Incentive Warrant”) for each share of Series “A” Preferred Stock purchased. The Early Incentive Warrant entitles the Holder to acquire an additional share of Series “A” Preferred Stock for the sum of $5.00.
