Greg Bond brings almost 30 years of Human Resources leadership and Operations experience to Avatar Airlines. Mr. Bond has broad Human Resource experience working in Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management and Safety and Risk Management. Mr. Bond has served in Human Resources leadership roles in Customer Service, Automotive Manufacturing and Service organizations.

Mr. Bond will play a key role in setting Avatar Airlines’ people culture. That will start with the substantial upfront staffing requirements and developing the organizations people strategy.
